In the wake of Lyon’s victory over Troyes (4-1), Olympique Lyonnais announced the long-awaited contract extension of Rayan Cherki.
Untenable when he came into play even if he failed to score, the young prodigy from Lyon signed up until June 2024 with his training club. A one-year extension which prevents the international hopeful from finding himself in the last year of his contract this season. Another year is likely subject to a number of pro appearances as he struggles to gain the confidence of Peter Bosz.
